Cardamom is cultivated and collected by tribal communities residing deep inside the evergreen forest tract of Athirappilly panchayat without using any external inputs. They follow natural farming for decades. The cardamom capsules are sun-dried after harvesting instead of curing using firewood to conserve the ecology and mother nature. Since it is sundried outer sheet colour is not green but the quallity of the product is intact.  All the cropped area is certified organic under the PGS system. cardamom is carefully handpicked, sorted and hygienically packed to deliver with all the goodness of nature.
